Account

Go to the Profile Page → Edit Profile → update your personal information and save your changes.
You can update details such as your full name, email and gender.
After updating your information, tap Save Changes.
Go to the Profile Page → Privacy & Security → Change Password.
Go to the Profile Page → Account Settings → Language & Region → choose your preferred language → tap Save.
Yes. Go to the Profile Page → Account Settings → App Design → choose Light Mode or Dark Mode.
Go to the Profile Page → Account Settings → Subscription → view your current plan.
Go to the Profile Page → Notifications → turn different notification types on or off.
You can manage settings such as Push Notifications, Email Notifications, Sound, and other update preferences shown in the app.
Push notifications may include general updates, promotions, and reminders, depending on your settings.
Go to the Profile Page → Help & Support → Help Center → find answers to common questions about Pear.
Go to the Profile Page → Help & Support → choose Contact Support to reach out to our team.
Yes. In Contact Support, you can send a message directly from the app, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Marketplace

Marketplace is where you can use PearCoins to unlock discounts on offers from our partner brands. You can also buy products and services at full price.
In the Marketplace, you will find both discounts and products or services that can also be purchased at full price.
Choose the product or offer you want in the Marketplace, use PearCoins from the relevant category, and pay the remaining amount. The purchase is completed directly in the app.
The discount is applied at the time of purchase, during checkout.
Each offer shows how many PearCoins are needed before you complete your purchase.
No. PearCoins can only be used in their own category.
Yes, as long as you have enough PearCoins.
Yes. Discounts in the Marketplace are always available, and you can use them as many times as your PearCoins allow.
No. The discount is applied per product, so you can buy one product or as many as you want. There is no minimum amount.
If you cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period, both the money you paid and the PearCoins you used will be returned to you. After that period, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Your PearCoins will not be spent until checkout is completed.
Offers in the Marketplace are always available. However, if a product is out of stock, the offer will be paused and will become available again once the product is restocked.
No. Delivery is not included in the price and is paid separately based on each brand's policy. You can find detailed information in the Partners section.
No. Pear discounts only work in the Pear Marketplace. If you buy the same product from another shop or website, you will not be able to use our discount there.
Products shown in the Marketplace can only be purchased online. However, some partners may offer promo codes that can also be used in physical stores. You can find this information in the Partners section for each brand.
No. PearCoins and redeemed offers cannot be transferred to another user.
If a partner cannot fulfill your order or the order is canceled, the PearCoins you used will be returned to you.
You can see your PearCoin balance in your Digital Wallet. It shows your PearCoins for each category, as well as your total balance.

PearCoins

PearCoins are rewards you earn in Pear and use to unlock discounts in the Marketplace.
You earn PearCoins when you complete eligible check-ins in Pear by scanning a QR code at our partner fitness locations.
PearCoins are split into 5 categories, and each category has its own balance, offers, and redemption rules.

  2. Supplements & Vitamins
  3. Healthy Food & Snacks
  4. Apparel & Accessories
  5. Wellness & Self-Care
No. PearCoins stay in their own category. For example, PearCoins earned for Supplements & Vitamins can only be used for offers in the Supplements & Vitamins category.
You can use them in the Marketplace to unlock discounts.
Go to the Marketplace, choose an offer and follow the instructions to redeem it with PearCoins from that category.
All users earn PearCoins through eligible check-ins by scanning QR codes at our partner locations, but Premium users earn them faster than Free users. This means Premium users can unlock discounts sooner.
No, PearCoins do not expire.
You can see your PearCoin balance in your Digital Wallet. It shows your PearCoins for each category, as well as your total balance.
